SCOPE:

This project called for amenity and common spaces that stood out in a crowded market. MFID answered with interiors inspired by the swagger of the Rat Pack and James Dean, using bold materials, color, and art to create a signature aesthetic. The result is a building that resonates with character and commands attention.
