Our team was brought on to re-imagine the amenity spaces using existing plans from a previous architect. Our objectives were to focus on serving the future community and softening the impact of the adjacent highway. The established branding centered around nature's impact on community, which then guided our design approach to align with and elevate that vision.

The concept for Bower was to blend biophilic design with the principles of Wabi Sabi, resulting in tactile surfaces and a palette of neutral, natural materials. The palette set the tone for lounge areas designed to bring neighbors together for casual connection, while also offering quiet corners for those seeking a moment of solitude. This vision was further reinforced through the curated selection of three-dimensional artwork featured throughout the amenity spaces and elevator lobbies.
