MFID answered with interiors inspired by the swagger of the Rat Pack and James Dean, using bold materials, color, and art to create a signature aesthetic. By weaving scholastic-inspired finishes, art, and accessories into the design, the team created a distinctive identity that enhances resident pride and strengthens the property’s brand.

This remodel required solving the challenges of an octagon-shaped layout while expanding the fitness center. MFID restructured the plan for better circulation and maximized the fitness area, upgrades that improve usability and tenant satisfaction. The refreshed, light-filled design with bold accents boosts the building’s appeal long term.
