SCOPE AND STORY

Our team was tasked not only to create distinctive amenity spaces for this multi-family complex but also to create a story to tie the two distinctive buildings to the overall branding. “Sevens” became the framework for the modern dweller who values design, depth, and discovery. The two distinct buildings, each with its own story, are one of contrast and cohesion, designed for those who want a place to engage and explore.  

At the heart is the Leasing Office and Lounge, a conceptual bridge that connects the building identities, embodying the Seven’s core values: Technology and Creativity. These elements intersect in a grid-based interior design language anchored with a large abstract digital artwork. The patterns and materials reflect the overlap between logic and imagination. 

The blue of the Seven’s branding acts as a thread between both buildings. Every space is designed to be engaging, tactile, and joyful, encouraging a lifestyle of connection and exploration for residents who value both luxury and authenticity.
