SCOPE
The remodel required solving the challenges of an octagon-shaped layout while expanding the fitness center. MFID restructured the plan for better circulation and maximized the fitness area, upgrades that improve usability and tenant satisfaction. The refreshed, light-filled design with bold accents boosts the building’s appeal long term.
