The goal was to design a new amenity building that fostered connection among neighbors, both existing and new. The property already had a diverse community made up of young families and working professionals, and we wanted to create a space to entice the community to gather and play.
Our team brought thoughtful strategy and design expertise to address these needs. We created interiors that felt like a natural extension of the property, while also offering a space that encourages interaction, play, and a shared sense of belonging. The interior design reinforces the community-focused vision through warm, approachable materials and subtle references to nostalgic Americana. This layered approach brought character and familiarity to the clean, modern architecture, resulting in a space that feels both fresh and lived-in. Through curated furniture, vintage accessories, and meaningful art, we shaped an environment that provides comfort, memory, and a sense of home within a new-build context. The result is a gathering place that reflects the community it serves, is purposeful, people-centered, and enduring.
